Orders
To begin ordering, you may visit the buyerzone website on your desktop or mobile browser. If you are using an Android phone, you may download and install the buyerzone Shopping app here to place an order.
If you are using an iPhone, you may download the buyerzone shopping app here to place an order.
Steps to place an order:
- Select the items which you want to order.
- Add those items to your “Shopping Cart”.
- After reviewing your shopping cart, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
- You’ll be prompted to sign in to your buyerzone account. You can sign in using your mobile number or email address if you already have an account. If you’re a new customer, you can create an account with email or phone.
- Enter the address where you want to receive your order/select the Pickup store as per availability by searching in the available criteria.
- Select the payment method, add the details, and click on “Continue”.
- Review your order and click on the “Place your Order” button and Pay to complete the transaction.
To change the quantity for items you have not yet added to the cart:
Once you click on the "Add to Cart" button and add the item to your shopping cart, enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" dropdown option on the right side of the page.
To change the quantity for items already added to the cart:
Go to Cart, click on the quantity dropdown box to the right of the title, and choose the desired quantity. The quantity number for the item and order amount will be updated automatically.
If the entered quantity is not available, you'll see an error message.
This could be due to the following issues:
- Payment declined. Click here to know more about Payment issues.
- The item you have selected is out of stock.
- Technical or internet connectivity issues.
- Undeliverable to the selected location/pincode.
- Quantity limit exceeded.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email.
No, you don’t need to open an account to place an order on our website. Simply checkout as a guest and provide the necessary details for us to process and deliver your order.
Note: We try to honor your delivery instructions whenever possible. However, we can't always guarantee that our carriers can meet these requests.
You cannot change or modify the number of items once you have already placed an order. You can place another fresh order with the desired modifications.

Yes, all products listed in our shop are held in stock. We ship our products directly from our stock so you can be assured of speedy delivery.
Yes, shopping on our website is completely safe. We use Razor Pay, a leading payment gateway provider that is Verisign Secured and PCI Compliant. At no point during the payment process do we handle or store your banking and card details after the order is placed.
Yes, we take utmost care in keeping your personal information safe and secure. We do not sell your information to any third parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Returns
We do accept exchanges, and they follow the same conditions as returns:
- The item must have been sold on our online store.
- The item shouldn’t have been used in any way.
- The item should be in its original packaging with all the tags, etc.
To request an exchange, please submit your request via the "Contact Us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.
If you have ordered the wrong item, you can cancel the order. In case the order is already shipped and out for delivery, you can return the order.
